Potato Starch
Potato starch is a fine, white powder extracted from potatoes and widely used as a natural thickening and binding agent in the food industry. It is produced by crushing potatoes to release the starch grains, which are then washed, dried, and processed into a smooth powder. Known for its neutral taste and high purity, potato starch is commonly used in soups, sauces, gravies, bakery products, and noodles to improve texture and consistency.
This starch has excellent water-binding properties and creates a clear, glossy texture when cooked, making it ideal for food processing and culinary applications. Potato starch is also naturally gluten-free, making it suitable for people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. In addition to food uses, it is utilized in industries such as paper manufacturing, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and biodegradable packaging due to its thickening and stabilizing properties.
Because of its versatility, smooth texture, and reliable performance, potato starch is considered an important ingredient in both household cooking and large-scale industrial production.
Masterbatch
Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments, additives, or fillers that is encapsulated into a carrier resin and used to color or enhance the properties of plastic materials during manufacturing. It is supplied in the form of small pellets or granules and is mixed with natural polymer during plastic processing to achieve the desired color, strength, or performance characteristics.
Masterbatch is widely used in industries such as plastic packaging, automotive parts, consumer goods, pipes, films, and household products. It allows manufacturers to add specific features like UV protection, flame resistance, anti-static properties, improved durability, and color consistency without affecting the overall quality of the plastic product.
There are different types of masterbatch, including color masterbatch, additive masterbatch, and filler masterbatch, each designed for specific applications. Its use helps ensure uniform dispersion of additives, improves production efficiency, and provides consistent product quality in plastic manufacturing processes such as injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion.
Chemical
Chemical products are substances manufactured or processed through chemical reactions and are widely used in various industries for production, cleaning, treatment, and manufacturing purposes. These products include a wide range of materials such as industrial chemicals, cleaning agents, solvents, fertilizers, and specialty compounds used in different applications.
Chemical products play a crucial role in industries like agriculture, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, water treatment, food processing, textiles, and construction. They help improve productivity, enhance product quality, and support efficient industrial processes. Many chemical products are used for purification, preservation, disinfection, and material processing.
Modern chemical production focuses on maintaining high quality, safety standards, and environmental responsibility. With proper handling and regulated use, chemical products contribute significantly to industrial development and everyday life by supporting manufacturing, sanitation, and technological advancement.
